Our track is located behind the fence to the right hand side of our garage business SMB Autocentre which has limited parking during the garage opening times 8.30-6, Please bear this in mind. If parking is available onsite you are welcome to use it. Our neighbors Dunns Imaging have very kindly allowed us to use their carpark after 5pm when they are closed only! We have a small pitting area which you are welcome to bring your own gazebo, tables and chairs.
SAFETY
R/c cars are NOT allowed to be driven anywhere onsite apart from on the track. Please do not drive R/c cars around the car park or pitting area.
Spectators are always welcome at our meetings, However they must stand behind the fence and not enter the pitlane or track at any time!
Children must be accompanied by an appropriate adult, behave sensibly and be supervised at all times.
We are a BRCA affiliated club, BRCA membership will be required after 3 visits. BRCA numbers will be requested, You can join by clicking the link here British Radio Car Association

NO SMOKING
Smoking or Vaping is strictly NOT allowed on the premises.
LIPO BATTERIES
Batteries used for all classes up to a maximum of 2s Hard Case Lipo
Power is available in race control if required for the purpose of charging batteries only.
LIPO batteries when charged trackside Must be charged in a LIPO safe bag/box.
RACE CLASSES
Please check regulations for the Race Class you are taking part in to make sure your car is legal to race in that class- Scrutineering may be carried out at random!
MARSHALLING
All drivers are expected to marshal the race following their own. If you are unable to Marshall then please inform race control of nominated replacement.
During race events ALL previous drivers must marshal the race following theirs, When drivers are participating in two classes then its up to the driver concerned to arrange marshalling cover where required.
After your final you MUST marshal the following final- Anyone found to be leaving early and not doing this may receive penalty’s.
During race events Marshalls must wear a fluorescent vest available from race control.
DRIVER CONDUCT
If your car becomes broken or disabled during a race and cannot return to the pit lane, do not enter the track to recover it whilst racing is in progress.
Marshals may return your car if safe to do so. Otherwise please wait until the race is finished. Safety is important.
All drivers should follow the BRCA #RaceWithRespect – https://www.brca.org/racer-hub/race-with-respect, guidelines at all times.
Radio controlled car racing is a non- contact sport. Whilst racing incidents and mistakes can happen, Deliberate or careless contact with other vehicles is strictly prohibited!
Drivers are expected to race respectfully and avoid avoidable contact wherever possible.
Drivers must remain in the intended track layout at all times, Cutting corners, shortcutting sections of the track gaining an advantage is strictly prohibited. If you end up cutting off a section of the track by mistake then wait until the effected drivers are back in their position. Anyone found to be gaining a unfair advantage may receive penalty’s
Please remember During heats you are racing against the clock for your best Qualifying time so if a faster driver is approaching, please allow them to pass when safe to do so, rather than slowing both your laps down. The same applies during Finals when being lapped.
Everyone is expected to behave in a respectful and orderly manor at all times. Anyone behaving inappropriately or disrespectfully maybe asked to leave the venue.
Race control decisions are final and are made in the interest of fair and safe racing.
